E52 power problem

Is that assembly part of E52 changeable or solderable what went wrong after a discharged battery?

It went with 3G speed-reduced: 4 KBps and discharged, not now, in 2017.

No other working battery could call the E52 to life.

Thank you for your answer in advance.

Dear SARCAR!

Discharged, I mean the battery went off, not now, in 2017.

No other working battery could call the E52 to life.

The details of discharging are in the first comment.

Dear Sarcar!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the 3G-connection was as an external modem to a dual-core computer, the only non-working is the E52, I can't remember if it was via Bluetooth or USB, that why I didn't mention. During the connection, the phone was discharged.
