i have 1 nokia asha 311 when i insert sim cant full on,but not insert insert sim can on ,why??

All ways go to N2200.
0. Check SIM reader.
1. Check ways and voltage sim in C2214 and C2700.
2. Reball power ic N2200.
If doesn't help, then change N2200.
