nokia Asha 311:with sim card mobile goes off
 

Nokia Ahsa 311 without sim card mobile is ok but with sim card mobile goes off. I have flash with 7.36 version of software but phone condition is same. Phone goes off while using sim card. need some solution.

dial 112 or 911 without sim & check phone goes off or not , if mobile getting off during this emergency calling then problem should be in rf section . in this case measure current consumption in rx-tx mode. if current consumption is too high then PA may faulty .

second thing , if mobile not off during emergency calling then check vmmc voltage (1.8v-2.8v) at marked chipcaps (check in attach picture) . if vmmc voltage not getting then remove that two marked chipcaps . if still same then we need to replace pearl (power ic) .

Brother .:SARCAR:. is right your problem is PA (Power Amplifier). Change the PA then check.. Post result.
