nokia 3110c ,6300 ,6500 e.t.c phone start up nokia logo after phone off . try update version by flash and usb flash .and try mx-key by bb5 SW downgrade fix but problem not solve . only 3110c of problem solve .3110c ,6300 ,6500 another phone same problem .anybody know this solution need help ....................

bro try to ful erase but you should backup first the certificate/rpl/imei then after back up you can proceed to full erase, full flash, restore/write certificate, write modifiied pm using sx4.
