sir, master, can u help me how to reball the bga ic...its difficult for me to reball i used only soldering...there is a tool needed to reball ic? can u instruct me how to reball? very thankful...pls help...thanks!

you try and try again
then you will experincedin this
then you say it is so simple and easy
you workhard first time
