Hey GSM Team i needed urgent help plz

i have nokia n79 the problem is some times my keypad not working means no one key works without power button
and when i restart my phone all buttons works mostley this problem i have faced in when i am in inbox or log....but when i restart my phone all keypad works after some time they all hang
now i dont understand what the problem is..?
i have restored with *#7370# but nothing done
now please tell me any suggestion so that i can recover my keypad....

If no help via reset to Full Factory Defaults, maybe it is hardware problem?
Replace keypad, or maybe CPU power voltage leak... There is reason to hard research.

how about flashing phone?did you clean phone? try and see results

can u clarify which ic should i replace or reshold i mean do u have any pic???

yea bro i have restred with soft and hard reset and also flashed with latest and custom frimware but nothing done ....

Hi, don't rushing. There is reason to hard research.

1. Do full selftest when phone OK.

2. Do full selftest when keypad locked.

Place here both.
