my hti box connect is ok but all phone no botting how to solve this problem

there is a ic in hti box with 7+7 leg check it either all legs are solded or not on pcb

Nokia c2-01 water damage all ok but only lcd light & network not responding;

1-- I'll make lcd light jumper with keypad led light == lcd light ok.
2-- Network solution from an IC under the USB connecter. (Size small & Color Silver) Just Rehot or replace it.

All OK But Suddenly Handset is dead and no response from software
......
Give me some solution for this plezzz

power-supply 4.5 voltage on

battery 3.5 voltage not on

solution for this plezzz
