nokia c5-00 no charge


Hi, I have a nokia c5-00 that does not load with the battery charger but with the usb socket, I checked F2000, R2010, C2012, and these are ok, what do you advise me to do?

get your Multimeter ready and set the selector to the 20 Voltage dc. remove the battery and insert the charger to the phone.connect the red prob to the Positive and black prob to the negative of battery connector and read the number it must shows a number (which is the out coming voltage of IC charge)if it is 0 or less than the 1.8 V then the IC charge is damaged or the battery connection inspect bout of them

Hello, the voltage output is 0, consirering that the phone has been dropped, I'm not sure if there is connection between the fuse and N2200 ic and of that on the battery.
know if there are test points to check?
