Nokia c5-00 restart or off help me !!!

Nokia c5-00 after stroke dead. Rehot Gazoo and Rapuyama Rf iq phone worked. But connecting internet phone restart or trun off
I'm after rehot flashing last version already restarted....

If the Internet is connected through standard WCDMA replace N7540.
