Nokia C5 headset problem

Nokia C5 headset problem
headset connected but no hearing any voice
but headset is activated with simbol

1,replaced HF jack
2,i tryied to replace coil, filter,

Brother try to change this Crystal ic if u can not find it then make jumper like this post result.
