Nokia c6.01.3 display only lines problem i can Cheng display but problem not sold please give me solution

first try to clean or resold lcd connector then check .

if same measure d two voltages at marked points . (check picture)
measure vio 1.8v at L1600 both point & measure vbat 3.7v at F1600 both points .

if voltage ok there then remove V1600 & check .

post result

where i can find the volt of l1600 if absent
