check vsim voltage 1.8v-2.8v at C2700 (marked in picture) if voltage ok then reball or replace gazoo .

try to check his vsim C2700 (corresponding pic of Sarcar ...)
sim card in control ic N2200 gazoo try rehot or reball ic gazoo
