nokia c7 usb not charging solution
1. Try to use another USB charger and another known good PC or laptop.
2. Visually check the USB dock connector, clean, rework or replace if damaged.
3. Check the fuse and diode for possible open and short circuit.
4. Check the two resistors near the VBUS IC, it has a 510 ohms resistance value. replace if damaged.
5. Rework or replace the VBUS IC.

Nokia C7 Not Charging Problem via Wall Charger Solution

1. If the phone doesn't charger, try to use another wall charger.
2. Check the battery or try to replace it.
3. Clean the battery connector or terminal.
4. Check the DC jack charging pin connector. Replace if damaged.
5. Clean the DC jack PCB contact pads.
6. Check the fuse and the diode for possible open and short circuit.
7. Trace the Charge In voltage and ground line paths.
8. Rework/replace the Charging switch controller IC.

Nokia C7 Earpiece speaker problem solution

Hints in repairing Nokia C7 ear speaker problem:
1. Visually check the earpiece speaker for possible damaged, like misaligned terminals.
2. Clean the speaker terminal contact pads on the flex cable.
3.Check the earpiece speaker using a multimeter, replace if damaged.
4. Check the flex ribbon cable for possible damaged, try replacing it.
5. Clean the flex pin connector if oxidized.
6. Check/replace resistors and capacitors near the pin connector.
This are the basic repair procedures only. The high level solution will be posted for update.

Nokia c7 Sim card pin connector jumper ways Solution

Applying a jumper wire on it is a little bit tricky but so easy, just use a magnifying glass to ensure the quality of solder and avoid short circuit.

Nokia C7 Touch Screen Problem Solution

Check the touch screen panel assembly for possible damaged, cracked or broken. Check the touch screen flex cable, there is an IC mounted on it. managed to rework it.
If the touch screen still doesn't work, check the pin connector, clean if oxidized. Check or replace the resistors coils and capacitors.
