pls I have 20 8310 with no ring I tried soft upgrade but not help also vibra work good and sure it's hard problem

Hmmm... Oh boys....
The ringer is only a metal membran, with a magnet on it.
You got to hurtr it bad, to get damaged... You should reslder the power supply, and check the board continuity...

Hi thanks for the answers but I need more precise answer and schematics will be appriciated the buzzer is working ok but no ring

Its not a software problem.. U need to download 8310 Service Manual from Landy site...

Its problem due to LINE CUT between buzzer and UEM.
