Nokia e51 mic removal

I am looking to fit new mic to nokia e51. I am using tornado infra lite from above mic. With k type flat bead to check temp I am getting reading around 220 but mic not moving at all. The top part of mic appears to have seperated from bottom(see pic). Anybody using similar tornado lite on this type of removal any advice ? Should I go higher on temp ?

actually quite offtopic here , but anyway ............
yes I am using it without any problem . but u must use preheater to melt leedfree solder easily .

220'C is enough for this type of digital mic's . cause due to overheating mic been easily damage .

so I advice u to use preheater to heat pcb from downside . try to stay on 180-200'c
