Nokia E63 blue screen problem help plz

Nokia E63 blue screen 10sec then power off

I try full flash

But flash ok UI Settings failed

Full flash with this version (rm437_510.21.010)But same problem

Please any solution

bro phone is sl3 or sl2?
sl2 backup rpl then full erase and rewrite lastest version
restore rpl,repair simlock also reapair sd and write 1&309 pm
enogh
sl3 backup rpl
reset npc now imei go to 12345600123456
now phone enter local mode just back up simlock(120,308)
full erase phone flash lastest version restore rpl and simlock pm
repair sd write 1&309 pm
enough

befor try this methode you must write blank ppm
some times phone is alive
but i think no hope cuz after show blue display phone go to trun off :)

check imei,rpl,and simlock data
