nokia e63 dead show key light only


i have nokia e63 its dead , when press power on button just show light in menu key no light on display & cant connect with software

same problem and no help in this forum for this problem
some guys will tell to flash with ppm file but phone dnt even reading for flashing how you
gonna flash this ppm file
