hi , I have the same issue on a E66 insert simcard .
I've changed sim & mmc flex but not solved . wanna know if possible to make a jumper .

I tried to change FLEX, board connector, ic near connector and nothing. After I change AVILMA, phone recognize SIM

,so solution is CHANGE AVILMA

There is no sim ic in E66 like in E51 it go directly to Avilma so if you tried to replace sim & mmc flex then raball/replace Avilma,also 3 sim way go from avilma to CPU if all this not solve reball cpu.
Almost forgot this also can be faulty battery or BSI line damaged.
