Nokia e7 main camera not working - unexpected error


My Nokia E7 camera is not working at all;when accesing main camera it shows the following message: "unexpected error occurred. please restart the camera. if this does not help, try restarting the phone". i restarted camera, phone, reformated phone but still the same.
I connected the phone in local mode in phoenix, ran self test and this is the result:

the only thing that caught my eyes is the one marked in red but i do not undestand what is means an i gues that this gives me the answer why the main camera is not working. if someone knows please help me!

seems some hardware issue , here I upload a picture . remove camera module from camera socket , clean contact pads & refit d camera module. (this is just a level 1 service)

but u r new here , if u think u can able to do so then proceed , because need some more tests to know where is d problem .

if u r not able to repair then better to contact any service center.

i have done what you said but still the same. moreover i have reheated the ive engine (image/video processor) but still the same. i guess it is something else on the mainboard

1 reason: the flex covers those 2 pieces
2: if i must test with phone on i cannot because engine board is upside down mounted in phone
please enlight me with the procedure i must use to test those 2 pieces (how to gain access to them)

connect mobile with external psu then check , or u can also solder two jumper wires & messure d voltages.
