Nokia E71 RM-346 two phones, two problems...please help - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have 2 nokia E71, with 2 different problems.....

First nokia E71 power on ok, navigate in meniu ok, but in call, after few seconds or random seconds, power off instantly....

Second Nokia E71, power on, ONLY with charger connected, without charger connected, doesn power on.

For both phones i make full flash, latest version and full pm ( without sx4 auth because jaf server not working)

I may try full erase, but i dont know exacty what erase file i must use...
Maybe sombebody cand help me...

post if possible Selftest from both phones(best is cyclone box selftest server) to examine if some test fails

same problem here...on off button ok changed with new...button working ok powering the phone only when charger is connected...without it no power ...phone work ok after removing charger button respond easily and ok to push ...plzz smart guys help

Mostly this is power IC fault. rebol this IC and problem is solved
