Nokia Flasher - GSM-Forum

My friend makes for me a Nokia Flasher. I have tried it on his computer. I used dejan kaljevic on 5110 v5.22. I tried to read flash from 200000 to 210000 or from 270000 to 280000 or from 280000 to 300000 and when I read flash.out and i edit it in hex editor (siemens flash reader by andromeda) it was empty (FF 00). Once the flash has about 50kB and once it has about 500kB. I don`t know, if the flasher is made good or if somewhere is a mistake. I tried it with every f_loaders and boot loader - 868.

When i tried it at home on my computer, dejan kaljevic write only this:

Loading boot loader...

Boot init error! (Bad CRC)

At my home this flasher don`t work ... <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

Can anybody help me, how to make it working?

Hey there,

Try boot loader 964bytes/f_loader 6bytes.In bios,set lpt port to EPP+ECP

Thanx my friends for your help, but when i look on my flasher i can see, that there is one small mistake. Iz must be solved and than i hope the flasher will be working...

I`ve solved the problem. The flasher is working now, but...

... when i read something (i mean flash), the flash flie (flash.out) is empty (FF 00). Does anybody know where is the problem? I`ve tried different boot loaders and f_loaders, but the flash file is still empty. ID: 00898892: Intel 28F800B3-T, size 8Mb

Can anybody help me?
