when i want to format nokia phone with three key (green , * , 3 ) in " f " formating stop , WHAY??

The phone can power up? Maybe you can format with *#7370#

If you can't turn on phone and *3 green+pwup don't work you need to format user area with any nokia service tool like ufs3 or jaf.

what is ufs3 or jaf box????? i faced with the same problem, cannot format using those 3 key and *#7370#...........

when phone give u message of phone start up failed contact retailer and when any virus is there or ur phone is not working properly and i remind u one thing is that there is no loss in formating enjoyyyyy

u.f.s is universal flashing software and j.a.f is just another flasher what problems ur facing plz tell me in detail
