Nokia 5310 shutdown - battery is full

Hi,

Please help me fix this Nokia 5310

Client says that phone shuts down when he calls or receives a call.

When I try the phone I see that:
- Battery is good (multimeter shows 3.7V)
- Sometimes it reads my SIM sometimes not
- Battery empties very fast - it goes to 3.5 after first 0 second call

When I removed the earpiece:
- Phone can make calls
- The SIM problem still exists

Please help!

Before I try to remove BT I want to tell you that even if the battery is 100% full (tested with multimeter), the phone will shutdown on first few seconds on the first call!

I will replace battery when I go to teh store, I've tightened the terminals of the battery but nothing.

I can make calls when cable is on, but the phone will discharge and stop if I remove the cord.

Please what is "consumption of set"

witch kind of external power u r using for battery substitute?
1st u confirm that ur battery is ok.......clean battery terminals of board
2nd if there is same condition with other battery or other power source
...then.... check earpiece and earpiece
ways.......reflash ur set .......
consumption mean ....a load of current witch is consuming in
circuit .....u can measure this load with a normal set

Hi Nabil please note the difference between fate battery and original one. simply replace the battery with a new one.the problem is from the battery. if you do this the problem will be solve.
