Nokia Lumia 1020 Low In Call Volume

The phone had this problem since I bought it. But in the beginning it was much better in quality. Currently it is very low even I had it on the scale of 10.

I've found that many others have this problem and all they recommend as a temporary solution is either scratching the mesh on the earpiece speaker. with toothpick or ****ing into it. For short period this worked but the problem is back later again.

I was thinking buying a new earpiece speaker on eBay or AliExpress but according to some of the customers the problem still persists after the replacement.

I was wondering is this a software or maybe hardware related (Bad amplifier build)?

Before buying a new one I have some spare old mobile phones at home so is it possible to use one of their earpiece speakers as a replacement?

I can't manage to find the real type of the speaker but I know that it is the same type for several Lumia phones.

Any suggestion or possible solution would be appreciative.
Thanks.

Here's the speaker BTW
