please goto settings-about-reset your phone

this is way of hard reset.
NOTE;ERASE ALL MEMORY FROM PHONE AND INTERNAL MEMORY

nokia 610 hard reset 100% tested

Release power button and continue to hold volume down + camera button

until windows logo not appears on phone display

How to hard reset:

Warning! All data will be lost!
1.Turn off your phone.
2.Press volume down + camera + power on until phone vibrates.
3.Release power button and continue to hold volume down + camera button until Nokia logo appears on phone display
4.Wait until the process is complete
