Nokia Lumia 800 won't turn on.

Hi guys!

I have Nokia Lumia 800 which doesn't turn on. Phone vibrate, shows Nokia logo, turns off and vibrate once again. After few minutes it can vibrate once again (screen is black all the time). When I connect phone to power supply it measure from 0.00A to 0.20 when logo appears, then it goes bit lower and when screen turns off it shows 0.15A and stuck.

Phone was dropped and LCD screen was replaced, however it worked fine for few weeks.

Any ideas what's going on? Could it be software issue?
