I have a Nokia N70 dead, with battery connector shorted to the ground. I have change de PA and the same.

please help!!!!

check first btemp line.. i think its r2202 to hetu chip

Is Mobile Still shorted after changing PA.

if Yes

then remove PA and check is it power on/not
