nokia N70 showing dot on screen

sir i have nokia N70 it showing small dot like (when we setting chanel on tv ) on scren i left side of screen in corner it showing light blue squre but after few scound i can hear sound that mean phone has start but after that sound phone showing white screen

so pls sir any solution

anyway here is your solution , but first try to change lcd with new one & check , if problem not solved then replace this filters....

I have the same problem. i tried to search in the forum but i didn't find nothing similar to my issue. my n70 works (recieves and makes calls) but in the screen there are a lot of pixel blinking.
is there any solution jumpering and removing? because i can't replace the ics
