6230 dont charge help meeeeeeeee

what do you mean by don't charge?

1. when you put charger it doesn't response.

2. when you put charger it displays not charging.

ans. to #1

*measure Vchar voltage V101 3.+V (if 0V) Check X101, F100, C121, V101, C102, C103. if theres a 3.+V in V101 try to recalibrate or try SW. if still the same D200 is faulty.

ans. to #2

it display "not charging" try to recalibrate first. if not, check BSI C100, R203, R206 or BTEMP R100, C101, R202, R207 if BSI & BTEMP is good measure from R200 to D200 same as Vbatt voltage. if not check R200, D200, PWB or broken lines

Where is C102 for replace it?
I found X101, F100, C121, V101, C103 but C102 not found.
