i think that replacing ic is most prefard by me that nokia company is not mad that they install those ic's in the mobile phone. otherwise they are not make the jumpers in the mobile phone?
so change ic your problem is solved 1000%

u r right making jumpers is not right but if u dont get the ics there is no othr way specialy for people located in small towns
