glued omap can be removed,dont be affraid,its difficult but can be done,,use needle to clean the glue,,first remove omap with enough heat for removing lead,,then lower the heat,just enough for removing glue,,say 200 deg,,trust me,,i've done it many times

Yes i have done this way some sets.In this case no need to change Omap.
