And how do you actually remove the black IC ? Can anybody explain. Is it easy to remove the IC ? Do we have to Unsolder it ?

dont change keyped ic if ur phone is going hang in few minuts,just remove a black ic which is in keyped flex,just see another side of keyprd threre s a ic emove it carefully,ur prob will be solve.
