Check the continuity of the SIM conn pins to ground. I don't have an N95 with me, so I don't have the correct values, but if they are bad compared to a known good N95, then the Avilma may be faulty (No filter). It could be the RAP too. Of course, check for bent pins on the SIM reader first. If the pins continuity checks out ok, you will need to check the voltages. I tried to attach some files to help, but I just got errors. They were under the 200kb limit. I am new here, so I might be doing something wrong.
