I decided to buy a mobo hence I'm not sure.
The cost of mobo is 32 pounds
The cost of multimeter and avilma is about 20 pounds and I'm not sure if it solves.

Mobo bought and guess what?
Most of the mobo components(mainly switches) bought are lost(desoldered from the board).Don't you even try allegro website-keep away it's like area 51.
To reball honestly in NI I don't see anyone.
35 pounds lost.
Problem still not solved.
But anyway thanks for your help
