All Nokia Restarting with sim card and working fine with out sim.
Just Change
Main Capacitor near P.A(signal ic).
If it does not work than change P.A.
No Flashing will work. No Any version of flash file will work here. Do not write any pm file, it will damage the phone completely.
Just do that, which I have told.
