When I insert any battery it shows battery empty and it gets off even when I insert full charged battery.......

Brother your Cell phone is short, so check where is the shortage, post result.

Check between Vbat & Gnd if not shorting,check bsi pin of battery connector
on board if clean,not damaged,soldered in good condition also check bsi components if not damaged/missing refer to schematic.

If you have an service DC Power supply connect it to phone giving 3.7 volts instead of battery.
And you will see how much it consumes.

You can check with help with vol/amp meter,,,, if same off problem trun voltage up to 4.2 and see

You need to conect GND with BSI phone will power on.

It comsumes 0.23A in 3.8 volt

That means your phone is short, keep power on for few moment and feel which chip gets hot? it might be power ic..........

Check what ic or component is heating by connecting a charged battery,where is heating there is short.
