I'm in trouble with the buttons X2 side volume button and go play music side. Only the back button to the music and camera that is working

remove the component and make a jumper tested 100% it worked for me it will work for

Hi bro, which component want to remove n jumper? what's component number? I also had this problem, keypad *0# can't press, pls help, thanks in advance.

done! just jumper resistor to main board.
