Nokia x3-02 Keypad


I've a nokia x3-02 with keypad problem, only power key is working.
Already change Z2501 and keypad flex and the problem continues...

check volume button section if it is short......
any key is pressed or short, thats why other keys are not working.....

may be one of the key is pressed or short... check that....

look , in X3-02 not much parts used for key function . key way goes from keypad esd filter to rapuyama .

so some primary instruction should be taken , such as clean whole pwb , check or clean volume + & - key also lock key , replace good quality keypad esd filter . make sure keypad esd filter soldered well . if needed resold keypad ui connector .

if still same after doing this then u need to reflow or reball rapuyama ic D3000 .

i´ve changed 4 IC filter and nothing, second remove volume up, down and lock buttons and after rehot D3000, but nothing still the same.
in the keypad only works button on/off

check each n every inner with its outer key if it short one by one....
any key is short with ground or inner is shorted with its outer....
check once again with deep.....

I have no doubt on keypad flex.... i want to sure that all the tracks are in ok condition or not which are coming from pcb..
may be connector is short... or any component is liable for not working the keypad.... so, check properly...

don't remoce ic....
first step is to check only inner & outer of button via multimeter

As I show in image. Check with multimeter on beep. If multimeter give some value
then that key is in working condition, check each key one by one like this. If during this process, any key gives beep sound, it means that key is short. then check the track of that key properly........
