9300 not powering on fully - GSM-Forum

Hi all
The prob:
phone part work fine. symbian part: shows "nokia", then hands and blue line at the bottom. When line reaches approx. the middle of screen it goes down with black screen. Format did not help. Flashing too. Time between powering on and shutting down is approx. 30secs. Is it UEM? Then why phone works?
Anyone encountered this?
