Νokia 6600 Charge pins short circuit

Hello!

I have a nokia 6600, which couldn't charge and when i put i pluged in the charger, the charger produced i high pitched noise.

I dissassembled the phone today, to check the connector, but to my surprise it wasn't the fault. But while i was checking the pcb, i used the buzzer with my multimeter to see if there is any short circuit, and it did at the charging pins.

Any solution? Thanks!

" if u remove it, dont worry it is not required to fix the other but important thing is by removing it wt is the position 'is the short over now'"
