phone getting heat - GSM-Forum

hello there's
recently i was receiving 6500s & 5610 . the customer complain the phone will getting very heat condition after play music and message .

i did try by my self . it warm at upper keypad board and back side battery area . i did replace battery & check shorting in main board . but didn't found any faulty . he didn't put inside car with direct sunlight .

i have return to customer few times told him about a little warm is normal . but he said when become heat . the phone like almost explode .

i wondering those any technician found similar problem ?

Did you wash unit with ctc well or check lcd was origenal ???

In my case i change a copy lcd it cause the heating after changing origenal one it was ok.

Clean your pcb with CTC and see is those are liquid damage may be the phones are liquid damage that y getting heat clean and see
