The "silver dots" are all you need when using "desoldering wire" Solder wick you want to remove the solder balls remaining then clean pcb with a flux cleaner then check all pads are intact then you are ready to replace the uBga just use a little flux then place ubga, It doesn't have to be 100% lined up as it will move into posistion when solderballs melt but don't expect that to work when the uBga is sitting 45% WBR D. |
