helo brother

i got today one n73 rm 133 only show 3g network

i try writ flash and writ pm and repair simlock but same

*i check network mode its show dual mode then i try search network Manuel after found bsnl3g and idea3g only other provider not show
*2nd i try change network mode in GSM after search set show no network found
* set is got network in dual mode bsnl and idea

please tel me this problem hardware or software

and how to solve this
