I have the same problem with my 2300 sets when i flash.
flashing 100% ok but after fleshing contact service.
I flash with best PM file
What could it be If its flash file problem so please please please please can any body share latest version of 2300 thanks lot lot in advance

Try to erase then flash and write a good pm

Erase flash, flash with new version, write PM, unlock.

sir i have been exp. about that problem, you better try to flash lower version or higher.
