we have a n3120 with contact service problem. i flashed it with 6.11 and 6.31 but i took mcu and ppm only. prob is still now.we have no idea abt cnt file. plz. help

erase full flash, then write mcu,ppm and content.if it still show contact service do imei patch, and if it still show contact service check uem

cpu problem replace the cpu and full flash mobile

Hi.If you have try to reflash but still contact service,reball or change uem.

You don't need to remove any ic.If the uem and upp are not glued,simply apply a little flux on the uem,upp and the flash ics,then gently reflow with (slow-air noozle) rework station for about a minute each,then flash phone.If the uem and upp are glued,simply reflow the flash ic only.This also solve no power in 1100 and 2300 that will not respond to flashing.Goodluck.

Hello Brother..
Dont get Tensed..Use the way i am guiding 2 u..
1) Erase
2) Full Flash (MCU + PPM +PM )(Newer Version )
3) Write CNT file 128 k

and it will be ok..
