PLS X2 urgent & technical help on power on/off


pls i need technical help on x2 go off if keys or pressing the phone hard am confuse if it is power connector,power ic failure or + ways but conector is place and tested ok and i reheat power ic but stil problem pls need urgent help

I think the board is bended like u curve or it has been damaged by drop of water from long time. First you should try it by placing the board in machine for whole and try again.

How longer time have the board been damaged by water or else. If it have been more than a days there is less chance of surviving of board. You should ask to the customer.
