Plz help me how i can solder the 2600 sim Ic (because they are very very small)


Hi
I have a 2600,that show insert sim. I want to connect its IC sim base with Raj Archit method but because of its tiny base I can,t do this. Please tell me what is your soldering method about this base with a very very small diagram.

-Remove the wrong ic and the tin with a fluxed solder wick
-Put properly the ic right at its place
-Heat "slowly slowly" once the tin balls'll start to melt


Please Try to set your heater to get it hot enough and ****ing on quite to do this !

First u have remove old IC simply by giving heat with flux,also note the mark of ic,then replace new one ic,remember making of jumper is very difficult because u can break PCB print of sim IC,Good Luck

This Time The Better Option For U Fix The New One Ic With Ur Smd .and For Practicing Take A Dead Board.after Some Time U Can Easliy Use Wire For Jumpering Where It Necessary.
