6610 get switched off when incoming call comes, it ring once and get switched off even the battery is full charged. kindly suggest the solution as soon as possible its urgent.

check your PA and anntina swicth

check p.a mates,

or remove p.a first, try to dial emergency call, if switch off..

bad p.a mates, try to reheat or change.
