Hy! I have a nokia asha 311 with microfon problem. I wanted to replace the mic but the mic came out with boar pad along. So oane of the four pads from the board is broken. What can i do now? How to connect microfon without a pad?

I didn't understand ....
just replace new mic with jumper & hold it with double sided tape

What king of wires are you using for jumpers? Do you have any special wires?
