problem with 6280 - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

i have a N 6280. All is well except somehow a folder called pre has got created in the gallary which makes backups of all photos and videos and hence increases the mem. i cannot delete the same as it give error. if i try to go into this folder, there is another folder in by name pre and this continues.

please tell me a remedy as to how to solve this problem. i have ufs-3 without HWK. please help me step by step

just flush the hs bro,
try to connect it with ur box n that will resolve ur issue

Try Full factort Reset or To Full Factory Defaults.

first press full factory settings then second press format user area,enjoy
